James has played piano for 30+ years and is an associate member of the Piano Technicians Guild, the premier trade association for piano technology professionals.

Tegtmeier Piano Tuning tunes for numerous churches, schools, non-profit organizations and individual piano owners in Buchanan and bordering counties.  Tegtmeier Piano Tuning has been selected to provide piano tuning services for Iowa High School Music Association and other similar sponsored events.
